  Two financial institutions filed 120 lawsuits but were unable to locate many of the defendants and identify John/Jane Does. By expanding the scope of inquiry, we identified and located the defendants before the statute of limitations expired. Our clients were awarded more than $850K in judgments.

  An auto dealership hired us to locate vehicles that had been purchased—but not paid for—by some of its customers. Working with the local police department and utilizing a unique Arizona law (A.R.S. 13-1813), we were able to have these vehicles declared stolen and entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database. In two years, we helped our client recover 100 vehicles across the country and prosecute offenders.

  As a licensed investigation agency, we have access to data that is often unavailable to our clients. But when clients require more than information gathering we will adopt a "boots on the ground" approach that can include stakeouts and covert interviews with individuals who may have important information. Our trial-ready reports describe the scope of work performed and detail the evidence and testimony collected during our investigations.
